A REJOINDER TO BAGBIN'S ARTICLE PART II

A REJOINDER TO BAGBIN'S ARTICLE PART II
If Bagbin wants to know how to continue the unfinished business of the past government then, NDC should have retained some of the brains behind the previous government so that they can give you an orientation regarding the documents and the unfinished projects. That even aside, if your party came to power without any strategic national plan to move the country forward then, you are not ready to lead the nation. It is time that the Ghanaian public demands that each Presidential candidate declares his platform or manifesto and where he wants to take the nation within the next four years. Each candidate should set his agenda for the nation and lay it before the electorate. The NDC is in trouble and they are appealing for extension of time because they were not prepared to move the nation forward. When you are not ready you are not ready even if you are given an extension of 20 years. I hope the Ghanaian populace is listening to Bagbin's plea.
It is indicative that the NDC is not prepared to govern the nation because they do not have any plans to move the nation forward. This is not the time for any experiment or try and error. Their lack of vision and wrong policies has been disastrous for the nation. Therefore, we cannot afford to waste another four years for the sake of our children and young people. Opportunities squandered are hardly regained.  A word to the wise is enough.
